how to display datewise using sql query

I want to display date wise count please say i will try using pivot  not coming

Eg:

         Name    01/01/2015     01/02/2015    01/03/2015   01/03/2015    01/04/2015

          AAA         5                  5                       7              8                   9

please give me idea

I got result for this task using Pivot & dynamic scrit i got it
