Could not upload my profile photo

Hi,

I could not able to upload my photo in my profile in this website. please see the screen shot below.

it's size also 19 KB .. its showing "Error try again".

Please let me know the reason for this ....

We have an issue with web-server where we are hosting this website. We are working on this issue. will let you know once the issue fixed. Inconvenience regretted.
