Crystal Reports Deployment Issue

I have deployed crystal reports in stage machine.
Windows Server 2003 64 bit and IIS 6.0

While accessing reports I am getting the following error and report is not displaying.

The type initializer for CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument threw an exception

Any help would be appreciated.
